Farm House "Zutto" Events

　We purchased a traditional house built around 150 years ago, located in Otsu, and named it "the old farm house Zutto". Culture, history and the lifestyle passed down from the old days allow this project's participants to learn the wisdom of living and techniques of the old, linking this project to the restoration of the region. Organized once a month on a holiday, Farm House Zutto events are a lifestyle heritage activity which let parents and children take a break from their everyday life and personally experience the traditional lifestyle.

　At Farm House Zutto, we call the culture, tradition and history that have been unbrokenly inherited from the past by the name "lifestyle heritage". Together with the people of the area, we want to keep on transmitting these things. The delicious local cuisine is one of them.

　　

Farm House Zutto events

　Families with children, working professionals, and the people of the area are all included in the Farm House Zutto events. Approximately 3 times a year, we welcome you to Hosokawa Handicraft Market, where things like handcrafted accessories, natural products, hand-picked ingredients and Hosokawa cafe are on offer.
　The children who have been playing here together, will before long themselves start families of their own - Let's start a tradition that passes over generations, at farm house zutto!

　　

Participation on Farm House Zutto events

◇ Annual fee per family（includes insurance fee)：￥2,000
◇ Participation fee（or each family member of 3 years or older)：￥500 per person
◇ Bus fee (from Tenki-Mura) for the whole family：￥1,000
◇ Children attending　alone:（4-5 years old)：￥３,000
